"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!

Hughes-san is not a nazi in the Movie! Do you even view right a movie?! At the end of the movie he said that the police was unable to get ahold of Hitler and that he got away! That makes him an UNDERCOVER policeman!
And anybody who dares call Heindrich a nazi is off my friends list, instantly!

But it is true that U said that Hughes-san is! And I've seen a fair number of people that say poor sweet little Heindrich is a Nazi and a loser! I won't forgive those people.
Anyway, I recomend viewing the end of the Movie to see what I mean by Hughes not being a nazi and read the subtitles carefully!
